Welcome to the Rockport-Fulton Sports Hall of Fame.
Welcome to the Rockport-Fulton Sports Hall of Fame, where we’re commemorating Pirate excellence.
On January 2023, a committee was created to initiate the Rockport-Fulton Sports Hall of Fame. The purpose of the RFSHOF is to recognize both boys and girls, coaches and citizens that have made an impact in the field of sports at Rockport-Fulton High School.
Through the years, many have had great results during their high school years and will be inducted into the Hall of Fame where they will forever be remembered as great champions.

Our Organization
Our mission is to honor and celebrate the remarkable achievements of athletes and individuals who have made enduring contributions to sports in the Rockport-Fulton community, while inspiring the next generation to pursue excellence and embody the values of athleticism and sportsmanship.




























NOMINATION INFORMATION

Nominees must exemplify the highest standards of sportsmanship, ethical conduct, and moral character.
All athletes for the Hall of Fame must have graduated at least 20 years prior to their induction. All other categories must be retired to be considered. I’ll
Nominees are categorized based on their type of contribution. Athletes would be former student participants who are being nominated for their achievements in interscholastic athletics. Coaches would be considered on the merits of their high school coaching achievements, officials on the basis of their services as high school officials, and administrators on the merits of their service as high school athletic administrators. The "Others" category is for those individuals who have made contributions to interscholastic athletics in some capacity other than those previously mentioned, including such areas as sports medics, media personnel, contributors, etc.
All candidates will be judged on their significant and or long-term contributions to interscholastic athletics. While many have served their high school programs over a long and distinguished career, their accomplishments must have been worthy a major recognition for them to be considered. Longevity, without meaningful impact, does not constitute appropriate credentials for Hall of Fame consideration.
If the nominee is inducted into the Hall of Fame, the nominee or individual submitting the nomination must furnish, at no cost to the Hall of Fame, an 8x10 color photograph of the nominee. (high school or current, either of both).
Hall of Fame inductees must also agree to attend the Hall of Fame functions. These include a banquet in honor of the inductees on Saturday, a pep rally on a Friday afternoon at the high school, and a Friday pre-football game ceremony at which the nominee will be formally announced and inducted.
